Cacao-less Chocolate
It is no longer viable to continue consuming chocolate the way we do today. When cacao become nearly extinct, humans will seek the comforting aspect of chocolate from different sources. Tomorrow's Chocolate is made from resilient plants that thrive in the changing environment, all sourced locally - from Baru Nuts in Brazil to Hyacinth beans in India. As a result, it tastes different depending on where you sit in the world. But that's the fun of discovering its new flavours. Our vast biodiversity is expressed in the different manifestations of Tomorrow's Chocolate. The future of chocolate is based on responsible sourcing and decolonization.
Form follows Flavour
Tomorrow's Chocolate is a tactile experience. Each country has its own recipe for their future chocolate, which comes in different shapes too. The body of the chocolate, when it touches your tongue, directly impacts how the taste and texture are perceived. Each shape was carefully crafted, so it explores at maximum the mouth-watering characteristics of each base-ingredients in the different recipes.

What's in Tomorrow's Chocolate?
delicious new tastes
Humans can now access the benefits of chocolate while indulging in a new set of unexpected tastes. Different flavours in each country allow people to delight while connecting to the specifics of each location. Tomorrow’s Chocolate is a unique cultural experience.
mouth-watering shapes
A perfect combination of round and sharp corners is crafted to respond to the characteristics of the base ingredients. As a result, each unique recipe comes with its unique shape, exploring the textures of the ingredients.

the benefits of cacao, cacao-less
Tomorrow's Chocolate will allow people to enjoy a sweet treat sustainably and responsibly in 2050. All of our current chocolate's benefits are there - the silkiness in the mouth, the pleasure-inducing chemicals for the brain, and the comfort it gives us. But when taking cacao off the equation, we minimize this industry's negative impact.
usage of a resilient, future-proof local crop
Using a resilient local crop, Tomorrow’s Chocolate is made entirely of responsibly sourced ingredients. That cuts emissions from exporting cacao worldwide and develops the local economy.
end of cacao farmers' exploitation
By banning cacao exports, cacao farmers are no longer required to work extensive hours for minimum profit. Instead, farmers now take care of the last remaining cacao trees, preserving the species and the cultural significance of cacao chocolate.
