What is Sagu com Creme?
Sagu com Creme is a beloved traditional dessert in southern Brazil, often lovingly prepared by grandmothers. Unfortunately, the knowledge of replicating these traditional recipes is gradually fading away with younger generations.
Food holds significant cultural value, bringing people together and fostering meaningful emotional memories. Acolher serves as a vehicle to preserve this knowledge and actively encourages young people to strengthen their bonds with their relatives through the act of cooking and sharing these cherished recipes. By doing so, Acolher aims to ensure that the cultural heritage of traditional desserts like Sagu com Creme is passed down and celebrated across generations.
